The Welzie Art Class
In the Welzie Art class, you'll have 75 minutes to create an art piece you take home. You'll start on a handmade original background, created by Welzie just for you. Using graphite transfer, you can choose from over 350 images in the gallery and make one your own — then bring it to life with Posca paint pens. We'll add a hanger, and you'll walk out with a finished piece of art, ready for the wall and entirely yours to take full credit for.
Ages 7–15
Keiki Art Class
One of the few kid-focused activities on property — and a favorite way for keiki to get creative. Drop-off is at 2:00pm, pickup at 3:15pm, giving you 75 minutes to enjoy yourself while your kiddo creates a cool art piece they'll be proud to take home.

Kids Love It
Good to Know
Kids' classes are for ages 7–15, adult classes are 16+. Little ones under 7 are welcome to join in the fun with our Scavenger Hunt instead.
· Classes start promptly at 2:00pm — please arrive on time, as your reservation will be cancelled after 6 minutes of tardiness with no refund.
· Classes run 75 minutes, daily from 2:00–3:15pm, at the Welzie Art Gallery in the Andaz Maui at Wailea.
· Pricing: Kids $129 · Adults $169. A 10% instructor gratuity and local tax are added to each booking.
· Family classes are welcome — reserve with the same Google Form using the "Book Your Class" button below. All family class participants must be ages 7 and up.
· Reservations are final and non-refundable once booked — your spot is reserved just for you, and we're unable to offer it to someone else once confirmed.
· We take photos and videos during class and share them with parents at pickup, so you can see all the fun your keiki had! If you'd prefer your child not be photographed, just let your instructor know.
· To reserve, we'll send a secure QuickBooks invoice for online payment.
· You keep your finished art — ready to hang and take home.

The Welzie Art x Andaz Scavenger Hunt
A free, hands-on adventure across the resort — and the perfect first art experience for little ones not quite ready for a class. Stop by the gallery or concierge to pick up your booklet and crayons, then explore the property to find nine hand-carved stones hidden by Welzie. Make a rubbing of each one to reveal its hidden image, complete the booklet, and bring it back to the gallery for a prize.

Whether it's your keiki's first art class, or alumni adding to their collection. The Welzie Art Class has something fun and memorable for all the kids. Parents enjoy a 75 minute break and be delighted when you pick up and your kids share an art piece they are proud of creating.
