• Where is the gallery located? — Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort, 3550 Wailea Alanui Dr, Wailea, HI 96753.
• Do I need an appointment to visit? — Walk-ins are always welcome at the gallery during business hours. Our art studio in Kihei is private and reserved for commission clients only.
• What are your hours? — Monday–Saturday, 10am–5pm. Sunday, 10am–4pm.

• How old do you have to be to take a class? — 7 and up.
• How do I book a class? — Reserve through our [Art Class booking form] — spots are limited to 8 people per session, so we recommend booking ahead, especially during spring break and summer.
• What's included? — Everything you need — background, Posca pens, and guidance. You'll leave with your finished piece.
• How much does it cost? — Kids: $129 per person. Adults: $169 per person. A 10% gratuity is automatically added.
• Can adults and kids take the same class? — Kids and adult sessions run separately, unless you book a Family class.
• Do you have to be a guest at the Andaz to particiapte in art class? No, you can visit the property and gallery to take class, we also offer parking validation.

• What's an original? — A one-of-a-kind piece, hand-made by Welzie using surfboard foam, fiberglass, and resin. No two are alike.
• What's a limited edition aluminum? — A high-gloss aluminum reproduction of an original piece — hand-numbered, with a Certificate of Authenticity. Each size is limited to 99, released in four tiers of 25. As each tier sells out, the price increases 15%, then 30%, then 50% for the final tier. Once all 99 are sold, that edition is retired for good.
• What's a matted print? — Our most accessible option — an 11×14 open-edition print, $55, always available.
• Which one is right for me? — If you want a piece no one else will ever have, go original. If you love a specific image and want a boutique, numbered edition at a more accessible price, go aluminum. If you just want something beautiful to bring home without the investment, matted prints are perfect.

• Do you ship? — Yes — we ship worldwide.
• How long does shipping take? — Aluminum reproductions and originals typically take 4–6 weeks. Matted prints process within 2 business days, then ship via FedEx 2-Day Air — worldwide, whether you're ordering one print or ten.
• How do I care for my aluminum piece? — Clean with Windex and a soft, gentle cloth — that's all it takes to keep it looking sharp.
• Can I return or exchange a piece? — All sales are final — we don't offer returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged in shipping, email us within 72 hours of packaage arrival.
