How to Hang your Art
Your artwork arrives ready to install — and it's easier than you think.
Smaller pieces (12×16 and 14×14) hang with a hook system. You'll need a hammer and a nail. Find your spot on the wall, mark the center, hammer in your nail, and hang. Done.
All other sizes use a French cleat bracket system. You'll need a drill, measuring tape, and a level. Scroll through below to see how it works:
To Hang French Cleats You Will Need:

Choose Your Wall + Measure
Find your center point by measuring your wall end to end.
Take that number and divide by 2 this is the middle of your wall.
Place the center of your bracket at the center of your wall.
Height measurement : Measure the back of your piece from the bottom bracket to the top of your piece and add 1"
This is where your bracket will hang from so keep this in mind when choosing how high on the wall your art hangs.
Secure your Bracket
Once you have measured you place your bracket in the correct place.
Keep it in place, by taping it down
Make sure it is level ( the bubble stays in the center)
Secure Your Bracket
Screw your first one in lightly to keep the level in center.
Once correct slowly tighten
Add additional screws to keep the bracket secure and strong
Your Art is Ready
Your piece will hang the distance from the bottom of your bracket + 1"

Frequently Asked Questions
A drill, a level, a measuring tape, a pencil, and painter's tape (or any light packing tape).
It depends on the size:
- 12×16 and 14×14 pieces hang on a wire, with a hook included in your shipment.
- Larger pieces, both Aluminum and Originals, hang with a French cleat: two interlocking brackets. One is already attached to the back of your artwork, and the other comes in your shipping package to mount on the wall. Follow the step-by-step guide above.
For most pieces, no. Our artwork is lightweight, and the screws included in your shipment are all you need. For our largest pieces (35×46, 24×60, and larger), we recommend using wall anchors for extra security. They're included in your shipment too.
Windex and a microfiber cloth — a little firm pressure takes care of it. Every piece is cleaned before it ships, but on rare occasions a bit of production residue may remain; this isn't a defect, just a quick wipe-down away from perfect.
