The first time Welzie worked against an all-white background, letting bold pops of color carry the whole piece. Inspired by a trip to Japan and the rainbow of fish laid out for sushi, Sushi Night reimagines that scene in his own signature style — proof that sometimes the simplest background makes the boldest colors hit hardest.
